Rat Race For Office Space

Hi all,

I thought I'd share some information about what I do at Bespoke Office Search that allows me to build such a good relationship with client and landlord to make deals happen effortlessly.

When helping clients of search for office space I like to approach their requirement slightly different than other brokers/ agents by thinking like a client. This allows me to approach their requirement from many angles that others can't.

Searching for office space can be a difficult task as we all know. There are certain things that make this harder such as; too much choice, too many phone calls, 1000's of emails from brokers and providers etc. Now, I don't like to over complicate things for anyone by sending them details they don't need, arranging viewings in places that aren't applicable to them and bombarding clients or providers with calls to name a few.

The key to winning business nowadays is thinking outside the box and using your initiative. I will call after hours for clients if they cannot answer during normal working hours, I don't make promises that I cannot keep, I don't constantly call my clients as I have no need to, I listen to their real requirement to match the client to the best options I have access to and the list goes on....
